Vegetarian Cauliflower Shepherds Pie



1 bag Gardein Vegetarian Crumbles

Mushroom Tomato Sauce

1 cup of chopped mushrooms

1 onion chopped

1 handful spinach

2 Goya Vegetarian Seasoning

8 chopped cherry tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon allspice

1 cup of yogurt

1 pinch of garlic salt

1 1/2 bag of Mashed Cauliflower


Preheat oven to 325 F.

Combine mushrooms, diced onions, spinach, 8 diced tomatoes, garlic salt, allspice, Goya seasoning with the vegetarian crumbles. Cook until fully sautéed. Add Mushroom tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Combine 1 egg (optional), yogurt, mashed cauliflower and vegetarian mozzarella cheese in a blender. Add garlic salt and parsley. Add water as needed. Blend until it is a smooth consistency. 

Pour cooked crumbles into baking pan. Add cauliflower paste on top of cooked crumbles. Sprinkles vegan cheese on top. Broil on low for until it is a light brown on top.
