Vegetarian Italian Waffles & Butterscotch chocolate Waffles

Hi everyone! So today I decided to make waffles from scratch. What is great about this recipe is that it is low in carbs, and can be prepared in under five minutes! It is also super flavorful. Enjoy!

Ingredients (Per Whole Waffle)

Savory (Italian Waffles)
1 whole egg
1/2 Cup Vegetarian Mozzarella Crumbles
2 pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon of Allspice
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/4 cup almond flour

Sweet (Butterscotch & Chocolate – Cacao Waffles)
1 whole egg
1/2 tablespoon vegetarian cream cheese
2 pinch of salt/
1 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
2 tablespoon Stevia sugar
1/4 cup almond flour

Steps.
Combine all ingredients for both waffles in a separate container. 1 container per waffle.
Stir until it is a somewhat smooth consistency
Once finished, pour waffle mixture into a waffle maker.
Once baked top with your favorite toppings.** I used Marianna sauce for the savory option as my dipping sauce. For the sweet option I coated mine with butterscotch topping and one with cacao melted. I sprinkled unsweetened coconut shavings along with almond and walnut crumbles.
