Coconut Fried Teriyaki Cauliflower

Did someone say Chinese? This was a constant crave of mine when I was younger. I decided to make a vegetarian version of it using cauliflower. Check it out, try it with a friend and I am pretty sure they will love you forever.

1 bag of cauliflower
1 tsp parsley
2 packs of vegetable goya seasoning
1 red and orange bell pepper
1 onion
House of Tsang General TSO sauce
2 cups of coconut flour
1 tablespoon of chickpea crunch


  1. Add teriyaki wing seasoning mix to coconut flower along with the parsley
  2. Add water to flour
  3. Mix ingredients until it is a paste
  4. Add Goya seasoning and teriyaki powder to the cauliflower itself
  5. Dip cauliflower into paste and add to a pot of hot oil (add enough oil to allow the cauliflower to be submerged)
  6. Once all of the cauliflower are cooked, dip them into the teriyaki sauce
  7. Chop onion and bell peppers
  8. Cook ground ingredients until slightly crunchy
  9. Add teriyaki cauliflower to pot. Heat until warm
  10.  Sprinkle a bit of the crunchy chickpea on top of the cauliflower to give the dish a bit of crunch
  11. Serve with a side of rice
